Prebuilt Housing Technologies provides all the services you need to purchase a new prebuilt home.  We will guide you through the entire process, which we briefly outline here.

1. Preliminary house plans. You may design you new home from scratch, or you may use one of our standard base floor plans and alter it to meet your needs.  Our skilled factory drafting staff will then draw up the plans using the latest computer software.  These preliminary house plans include the foundation, floor plan, and exterior elevations.

2.  Final house plans.  Not only is the floor plan of your new house customized to meet your requirements, but the amenities are also tailored to your desires.  There are hundreds of different combinations of tiling and carpeting choices, in addition to the many cabinetry, bathtub, shower, siding, molding, ceiling, and window options.  Once all of these have been chosen, we will submit the preliminary set of drawings and options to the factory, where they will draw up the final house plans.

3.  House Production.  Once the final house plans have been completed and approved, the structure is then built at a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant (such as the one pictured below).  While under construction at the factory, the foundation and building site are prepared to receive the house sections.

4.  House Delivery.  Once factory construction of your new house is complete, the house sections, or "modules,"  are then transported on specially designed equipment to your home site.
