5. House Erection. The house sections are then erected by crane on the prepared foundation. Prebuilt Housing Technologies will coordinate the set crews and crane company to do this.

6. House Completion. Once erected, the interior and exterior of the house will be "trimmed-out." This process includes connecting the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures between the house sections, installing light fixtures, completing certain tile and carpeting configurations, and finishing the siding. This work is completed by your subcontractors, but we will act in an advisory role to get this work completed. In addition, garages and decks are often constructed on-site by your subcontractors.
