As our name suggests, the structures we provide are "prebuilt," meaning that the house is actually constructed at another location and delivered to the home site, where it is placed on a prepared foundation. Compared to traditional on-site construction, prebuilt housing offers considerable savings in both time and money without sacrificing quality.
All of our floor plans are computer designed by our own drafting staff using the latest computer aided drafting software. Each floor plan is completely customizable, which guarantees that the customer receives precisely what features they desire in their home or structure. The structure itself is manufactured in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, and is then delivered and assembled on-site.
